Sally has an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Queensland University and has been in public and private practice in Australia and Europe. Additionally, Sally has studied and worked alongside various internationally acclaimed Pilates instructors. This fusion of knowledge and practice combined with a high performance sporting background, led Sally to create a new mind/body approach to prevention, rehabilitation and body management.
